Student Conduct

Aquinas College is steadfastly committed to cultivating and maintaining a learning environment characterized by health, safety, and intellectual rigor. This commitment manifests in the encouragement extended to students and staff to pursue excellence, advancement, and a diverse array of freedoms. These freedoms encompass the right to study, teach, conduct research, articulate viewpoints, practice cultural, ethnic, and religious traditions, and engage in free expression. Yet, it is imperative to recognize that these liberties are intimately coupled with a concomitant responsibility: the obligation to exercise respect and consideration towards others within the academic community. Such a balanced approach ensures that the pursuit of individual freedoms coexists harmoniously with the shared values and norms that underpin the institution’s educational mission.

The college will not tolerate the following misconduct and might cause the students face disciplinary sanction or expulsion:

  • Disrespect to the School Administrators, Teachers, and Co-students- Disrespect is defined as shouting, aggressive behavior, continuous disregard to the instructions or to the school authority, false accusations, using inappropriate or obscene words, and others that the person felt offended or insulted.
  • Discrimination and Harassment
