Withdrawal

If a student chooses to withdraw from our certified diploma programs, they are required to complete a Withdrawal Form obtainable from the Academic Department Center.

Tuition charges will be assessed based on the date of written notification of the withdrawal. Aquinas College adheres to the withdrawal policy of the Private Career College and Student Aid.

Procedures:

  • Students who wish to stop their studies must complete and sign a withdrawal form and give it to the Academic Department.
  • The Academic Department will then pass on this form to the Admissions Department.
  • The Admissions Department will calculate any necessary charges. Within five working days, students should receive a form with the official calculation. Please check our refund policy
  • Students are required to sign this form to confirm they understand the charges and return it to the Admissions Department within two working days.
  • The official withdrawal date is considered to be the day when the student submitted the filled-in form to the Academic Department.
  • If students do not send back the signed form, the official withdrawal date will be cancelled and students will continue to be billed for the program.
