Please note that Aquinas College will retain Official Transcripts indefinitely for long-term reference. However, the original documents which serve as the source of your academic history will be stored after a period of five years following your final day at the college, after which they will be discarded.
Students hold the responsibility to verify the accuracy of their records within the initial three months subsequent to the issuance of their Official Transcript.
It is important for students to be aware that their comprehensive academic history will be eliminated from our records after a duration of five years following their last day at the college. Only the Official Transcripts will be preserved beyond this point.
