Through this course, students will acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively communicate and collaborate with healthcare professionals, enhance their understanding of medical documentation, and improve overall patient care.
Topics covered include anatomy and physiology fundamentals, common medical conditions and diseases, diagnostic procedures, and treatment modalities. By learning the roots, prefixes, and suffixes that form medical terms, students will be equipped to decipher and interpret complex medical terminology encountered in their professional environments.
