Outreach

In order to provide students with a responsive learning experience that addresses community needs, and support their choice of their future careers. it is essential for the academic department to incorporate various outreach programs.

These programs serve the purpose of transforming the lives of students and the community through education, enabling students to apply their acquired knowledge and skills to uplift and assist individuals who may lack access to other available services within the academic program.

It is the goal of our career college to transform the lives of students and the community through education. The goals and objectives of the outreach program must align with the broader goals and objectives of the college, ensuring a cohesive and unified approach.

Moreover, the facilitation of the outreach activity should be conducted by an authorized member of the college, such as a teacher, staff, or administrator.

Policy

  • In order to make the outreach program official, the activity should be approved by the Student Services Department. An application form for outreach activity is available in their office. Application for approval should be submitted at least 4 weeks before the scheduled activity.
  • The outreach activity goals and objectives should be in accordance with the goal and objectives of the college.
  • The outreach activity should always be facilitated by an official member of the college (teacher, staff, or administrator).
  • To ensure legal compliance and safeguard the interests of all participants, students must submit a student waiver to the Student Services Department, outlining their consent and understanding of the associated risks and responsibilities. This step ensures that appropriate measures are taken to prioritize the well-being and safety of all involved parties.
